4 meters by 1.20 meters of the wall work displayed in the tasting room of the Bat Shlomo Winery consists of 864 parts, 35 natural clays from different places throughout the Land of Israel. 8 of the main clays in this work were collected from Bat Shlomo vineyards. The difference between the soil, their wealth and the influence of the natural materials present in each of them is immediately visible - and there is nothing more fascinating than that.
